There's more choice in the mice department from Microsoft. The company recently launched its Explorer Mini Mouse, which uses the BlueTrack Technology.

The specialty of the BlueTrack technology is that it combines the power of optical with the precision of laser, allowing users to mouse on virtually any surface - from a granite countertop to an airport bench to your living-room carpet, explains Microsoft.

The mouse features 4-way scrolling with Tilt Wheel Technology, enabling greater efficiency and comfort. It also has customizable buttons to give quick access to media, programs, and files that are used most often. The transceiver of the mouse can be simply snapped shut to turn off the mouse, which helps saving battery life. With its 2.4 GHz wireless and 30 ft. reliable wireless range, the computer can be controlled from a distance also.

The Microsoft Explorer Mini Mouse is available for an estimated retail price of Rs. 3,110 and has a worldwide 3-year limited hardware warranty from Microsoft.
