Creat a PST file on your local machine and move/copy all mails. You can either copy or move.

I hope Microsoft Oulook is already configured on your PC.

Open Microsoft Outlook

Click on File > New > Outlook Data File

Give some name , give same again on next tab, select no compression and say OK

For rgaphical guide how to refer following link > http://tss.oregonstate.edu/cn/soft_tips/docs/create_pst/?type=normal

Regards,

AmeY.

You'll a new folder in the left column of folder list.

Right click on "Inbox" , click on "copy INBOX" and paste by selecting newly created folder.

And oh yes when creating a new PST [ i.e. Outlook data file] on hard disk drive dont save it in "outlook" folder which contains archieved fodler on system fodler. Browse and select other than C:/ drive to save the PST which you are about to creat,
