Celiac Disease and the Gluten Free Diet to healthy digestive system

The Web site WebMD goes even further and suggests that persons with Celiac Disease not drink beer, avoid any foods with wheat, barley oats and rye, and avoid all meals that have rice or corn.

You and your family will need to be very careful about what you eat so that you do not do any further damage to your small intestine. Always read the labels on foods and check to see if the products are marked as being free of gluten.

It may be unbearable at times to have Celiac Disease, but you can find ways to cope. Just network with others and get to know others in your community who also suffer from the condition. Soon you will have a network of friends and acquaintances to lean on as you try to make it through life with Celiac Disease.
